Investigate the changes in sleep/wake patterns and sleep architecture of elite endurance athletes, during an ~ 3-week altitude training camp at 1800 m, and the time course of sleep changes in relation to near-sea-level baseline measures, using a novel, non-invasive microwave Doppler radar sleep monitor.
